Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our returns process simple and straightforward.
Standard Returns
- We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and post the item back to us.
- To start a return, please use our Returns Portal.
- Return enquiries can also be sent to returns@prevayl.shop. Please note we cannot handle returns through social media channels.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it.
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items such as underwear, socks, or other intimates once opened.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return postage costs are £5, which will be deducted from your refundable amount.
- Please ensure you include your returns form inside the parcel to avoid delays.
Exchanges
- For size or colour exchanges, please use our [Returns Portal – Click Here] to request a live exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is not available, we will process your return as a refund.
Sale Items
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Refunds are not offered on sale purchases unless the item is faulty.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. The same return eligibility conditions apply (items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at returns@prevayl.shop.
Additional Notes
- We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items.
- We are not responsible for items lost in transit if you choose not to use our returns portal.
- Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
Shipping to UK
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 10 pm will usually be dispatched the next business day.
- Orders placed after 10 pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the following business day.
Delivery Times
- Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.
- While we always meet our dispatch commitments, delivery is handled by third-party carriers outside of our direct control. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for delays once the parcel is in transit.
Delivery Charges
- Free standard shipping on all orders
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (where available).
- You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey and stay updated on its delivery status.
Missed Deliveries
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will usually leave a calling card or attempt re-delivery.
- Please contact the courier directly using the information provided to rearrange delivery or collection.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping to Rest of World
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside of the UK.
