What is the return policy?

Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@prevayl.shop. We’ll always do our best to action your request.
However, because we aim to dispatch all orders the next working day, there may be times when your order has already been processed at our operations centre. In those cases, we’re unfortunately unable to make further changes.
If your order has already shipped, don’t worry – you may still be able to return it in line with our Returns Policy.

Are any purchases final sale?

I received a faulty product, what can I do?
We’re sorry if your order hasn’t arrived in perfect condition – we take product quality seriously and will make things right as quickly as possible.

- Clear photographs showing the fault
